Refunds & Disclaimer

For refunds of deposits: We will refund 50% of deposits only before taking the bird home. 

After the bird goes home you will be given 72 hours to take the bird to an avian vet of your choice; should the bird be sick we will refund 100% of your purchase price. 

All health is guaranteed on our birds. Our facility has been tested and is disease free.

When scheduling an appointment, if you need to meet at a time that is outside of our standard appointment windows, let us know! We would be happy to make another time work.
